Absolem Cider Company and Oxbow Brewing Company are excited to present their first ever collaboration dinner hosted May 17th 2022 at the Oxbow Beer Garden in Oxford, Maine.

The dinner will feature a 10 course tasting menu prepared by Oxbow Beer Garden's Chef Connor Schroeder. Courses will be thoughtfully paired with Absolem Cider Company's diverse range of ciders, some of which will be unique to this dinner.

The dinner will begin at 7:00 P.M.

Prior to the dinner we will be hosting a casual apertivo hour from 6-7 P.M. to meet the makers behind Absolem Cider Company and taste a few select Ciders from their portfolio.
