Cosmic Drama

a cider fermented with organic blackberries, blueberries, and grapes

a complex dark and fruity cider with notes of ripe fig, blackberry jam, and dried cacao
Underveil

a cider fermented with exclusively Harrison apples.

aged in Sauternes Casks from Bordeaux, France for one year. Notes of toasted oak, honeysuckle, and quince.

inspired by the traditional apfelwein of Frankfurt, Germany. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with a Riesling wine yeast at cold temperatures.

a crisp dry cider that drinks like the soft white wines of Southwest Germany with a clean green apple finish.
Wend

cider made with foraged apples from Maine’s coastlines and woodlands

made with high-tannin apples with notes of dried apples, peach jam, and cedar wood.

inspired by the sagardoa of the Basque Country. Aged in oak foeder for six months, as is traditionally done.

a blend of heirloom apples exemplifies an ocean spray quality with notes of yellow apples, chamomile, and citrus twang.

inspired by the traditional sidras of Asturias. Like our favorite sidras this cider focuses on being fruity, soft, bright with a light acidity, and spritzy in character.

Float Away

made with a blend of bitter and fruity heritage apple varietals that expresses finesse and complexity.

aged in a selection of ex-Sauvignon Blanc barrels, for a wine-like flavor profile reminiscent of stone fruits and lemondrops.
Groundwork: Hoopers

this blend is made from a field blend of traditional cider apples from Hooper’s Orchard in Monroe, Maine.

featuring flavors similar to lambic beer or aged Chardonnay, with notes reminiscent of stone fruit, apricot, and vanilla oak.
