An evening of wood fired pizzas…
Chef Justin Smillie is bringing his new “Slow Fires” restaurant to our tasting room for a special, one night only, kitchen pop-up.
The menu by Chef Justin Smillie will consist of wood fired pizzas and rustic snacks inspired by some of the dishes and concepts in his cookbook – Slow Fires. A cookbook focused on all the flavorful goodness of open flame cooking.
To add to the evening, our friends at Table Bar will be joining us for the night – spinning vinyl, DJ-ing, and pouring wines. In addition, we will have a special cider, wine & cocktail list for the evening.
Join us Thursday, July 27th from 4-9pm for good times by the fires and in the barn.
