White Lotus (22β)
Our cider blended with Vidal Blanc wine aged in French oak for a year.
The cider portion is made with a blend of Golden Russet and Wickson crabapples spontaneously fermented in stainless tanks then aged in French oak barrels for a year. The Vidal Blanc grapes were lightly pressed whole cluster to preserve freshness & fruit vibrancy before being fermented spontaneously. This blend highlights and emphasizes the flavors that both cider and Vidal Blanc share. Itβs bright, zippy, refreshing, and tastes like white peach juice. Tartness is combined with a creamy almost cobbler-like finish. Elegant and succinct in its simplicity.
Another co-fruit blend that shares a linear relationship to our cider Roses Red but on the other end of the flavor spectrum.
